Strawberries & Cream Scone Mix 8 oz. strawberry cream cheese 2-1/3 cups sliced fresh strawberries 3 tbls. confectionery sugar 3/4 cup heavy cream |

jar strawberry curd 3 tbls. milk 6 oz. strawberry yogurt 4 tbls. melted butter or margarine |
| Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Make scone mix according to directions on package. In a medium bowl mix softened cream cheese with 1/3 cup sliced strawberries, confectionery sugar and 1 tablespoon strawberry curd. Beat with hand mixer until blended. Slowly add heavy cream and whip until mixture is fluffy. In parfait glasses layer strawberry curd, strawberry cream mixture, fresh strawberries, crumbled scone. Repeat layers until you reach the top of the glass. | |
