1 Scottish Oat,
Chocolate Chip or Cinnamon Chip Scone Mix
4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
6 oz. vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
1 very ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup of your favorite granola
Heat oven to
400 degrees. Melt butter or margarine, add yogurt, juice & mashed
ripe banana. Add mixture to TT Scone Mix of your choice. Add granola.
Gently mix until a ball forms. Pat ball of dough down on wax paper
or board. Cut into eight wedges. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
