6 tsp. TT Apricot
Tea
6 cups spring water
4 cups chicken broth
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 split chicken breasts - skinned
3/4 cup Granny Smith apple
1 cup diced celery

1 cup diced
carrot
1 cup diced turnip
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 package long grain & wild rice mix (omit seasoning)

Bring water
to boil in soup pot, add TT Apricot tea. Steep three minutes. Remove
tea leaves and add chicken breasts. Bring chicken and tea to a slow
boil, simmer 20 minutes. Remove chicken and chop. Add all remaining
ingredients and simmer 25 minutes. Return chopped chicken to pot
and serve immediately.
