Ingredients:
One Tealightful Treasures Whole Grain Chocolate Chip Cookie
Mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
8 oz. vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate peanut butter swirl chips
Melt butter,
add peanut butter, 8 oz. yogurt and egg. Mix well. Put cookie
mix in bowl and add wet ingredients. Stir until blended. Small
cookie scoop (about 1 level tsp.) makes approximately 60 cookies!
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes
